Shannon & Steve go to Blue Skies - 04.08.08

We went to the Blue Skies Music Festival on Sunday. We missed the rain that drenched everything on Saturday. The storm knocked out the power on the main stage but only for a short time. Many of the paths became mud pits, but the campers made it through the night, and Sunday turned into a little piece of heaven with perfect skies and plenty of sun to dry your clothes and tarps from the night before.

There was a lot of great music including some great solo work by Mark Robertson from Bullfrog using loops and bass pedals to fill out the sound. We played some songs on the Open Stage while people ate some of the best vegetarian food ever made (Steve loved the corn). We handed out some free CD's at the Merch Store.

Hopefully we can make it back again next year and play some of the new songs we are currently working on.

Shannon goes home - 19.07.08

Shannon and Steve played at the Cafe Ole in Pembroke with Dave Norris. It was great to see so many friends and family out.
